The Kyoto-Saga Psychic Mansion, also known as Metabo Hirosawa Building (メタボ広沢ビル), was built in the November of 1974. The building is famous for the jumping suicide of the building owner's daughter, and a car accident which killed a woman on the main road in front of the entrance.
There are reports of seeing a girl wandering the top (8th) floor who matches the description of the daughter who jumped to her death. Residents have claimed to see a girl fall from the side of the building, and it is said the sound of a body smacking onto cement can be heard throughout the night.
While the 8th floor is reported to have a dark atmosphere, the basement floor has been described as 'thoroughly disturbing' due to poltergeist activity and strange occurrences.

Outside the entrance of the building, a woman's ghost is said to be spotted where a car accident occurred.

Upon an investigation of the building, one ghost hunter stated a ghost girl appears in photographs when one or more person is standing at the top of the 8th floor stairs.
It is advised not to enter the building in order to avoid disturbing the current residents.
